According to the latest report, Samsung will unveil its new flagship smartphone Galaxy Note 5 in New York on August 12 and launch the smartphone in major markets on August 14. The smartphone will be available for purchase couple of days after its launch in major markets.
Samsung usually launches its Note series products in September, and the advanced launch appears to avoid a direct take on with the forthcoming new iPhone devices which are expected to hit the market in mid-September. Another report suggest that Samsung going to push the launch to August instead due to below par sales of the Galaxy S6 and S6 edge.
